Refund policy

Refund policy Returns — We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached; proof of purchase (order number) is required. How to return — Email contact@cozydrip.eu with your order number and reason. We'll send the return address within 24–48 hours. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your right to cancel — As a UK consumer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. Non-returnable — For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
