Shipping policy Order processing — Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment. Delivery — Estimated 5–12 business days after dispatch; times may vary by location and demand. Cost — Free shipping on every order. Tracking — A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Delayed or lost parcels — Email contact@cozydrip.eu and we'll investigate and make it right (re-ship or refund).
